1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how ドボンっ! ("the App"), provided by N.N. LLC., handles user information. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not require account registration (email address, phone number, social login, etc.) and does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or photos. The information we collect is as follows:

2.1 Gameplay Information and User-Provided Content

• Nickname (optionally set by the user; up to 20 characters; displayed to other users in rankings and chat). For rankings, your nickname and best level are stored as a public profile visible to other users; all other data (such as coin balance and blocked users) is not visible to other users.
• Game scores, level, best level, number of games played, and play time
• Game progress data such as coins earned, owned items, challenge progress, achievements, and ad view counts
• Chat messages you post (attached with your identifier and nickname and visible to other users), and the time of your last post (used to limit rapid posting). When you first use chat, we ask you to agree to the Terms of Use, and the fact of your agreement is stored on your device.
• Message reports (the reported message and the identifiers of the reporter and the reported user) and the identifiers of users you block
• In-app purchase status (remove ads). Payment details are handled by Apple and are not obtained by the App.

2.2 Identifiers and Device Information

• Anonymous user ID: the App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication and manages your data with an anonymous ID automatically issued per device. This ID is also stored in the device Keychain.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA): used for ad delivery and ad measurement only if you allow it through App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
• Device type, OS version, app version, language/region, and approximate location derived from the IP address: collected automatically by SDKs such as Firebase and Google AdMob.

2.3 Analytics Information

• App usage (events such as game start/end, ad impressions, and sharing): via Firebase Analytics
• Crash reports and performance data: via Firebase Crashlytics

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used for:

• Providing the game experience and saving/restoring your progress (including restoring data when reinstalling on the same device)
• Providing leaderboard and chat features and handling inappropriate posts
• Delivering ads and measuring ad performance
• Improving app performance, fixing bugs, and improving services
• Responding to inquiries

We do not sell the information we collect.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each provider handles information in accordance with its own privacy policy:

4.1 Firebase (Google)

• Purpose: anonymous authentication (Authentication), storage of game data, rankings, and chat (Cloud Firestore), usage analytics (Analytics), and crash reporting (Crashlytics)

4.2 Google AdMob

• Purpose: advertisement delivery (banner, interstitial, rewarded, and native ads). The advertising identifier and similar data may be used.

4.3 Meta Platforms (Facebook SDK)

• Purpose: ad measurement and ad optimization. Automatic app event logging and advertising identifier collection are enabled only if you allow tracking through ATT.

4.4 Apple (App Tracking Transparency and In-App Purchases)

• For ad tracking, we ask for your consent through the ATT permission dialog at first launch (in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, after the consent prompt described in 4.5 below). If you decline, the advertising identifier is not used (ads are still shown but may be less relevant). To change this, go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• In-app purchases are processed through Apple's StoreKit.

4.5 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Ad Content Rating

• In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, before ads are served we ask for your consent to the use of data for advertising through Google's certified consent management platform (UMP). You can change your choice at any time from "Privacy Settings (Ads)" under Settings & Info in the app. If consent is not given, ads are not served.
• Because the App has a chat feature, we set the maximum ad content rating in AdMob to "Parental Guidance (PG)" so that mature ads are not shown.

5. Data Protection

We prioritize user data security and implement the following measures:

• Use of secure communication protocols such as HTTPS when communicating with Firebase
• Access restrictions through Firebase Authentication and security rules
• Storage of the anonymous user ID in the iOS Keychain

However, we cannot guarantee complete security of data transmitted or stored over the internet.

6. Children's Privacy

While the App is suitable for all ages, we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. Parents should appropriately manage their children's app usage, including setting a nickname and using chat.

7. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• Right to access collected data: please contact us at info@n-n.tokyo.
• Right to request data deletion: running "Delete Account" from the Profile screen in the App deletes your user data, daily and monthly scores, challenge progress, the chat messages you posted, the reports you filed, and your anonymous account. Reports about your messages filed by other users may be retained for a limited time to handle inappropriate posts; if you want those deleted as well, please contact us at info@n-n.tokyo.
• Right to opt out of data collection: you can stop ad tracking via ATT settings (iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). The nickname is optional and can be changed at any time.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or on this page.
